Reality TV star and entrepreneur Seema Sajdeh is winning hearts with her outspoken style in the third season of Netflix’s Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. In an exclusive interview with India Today Digital, Seema talked about her journey after marrying Sohail Khan, brother of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

Discussing her current relationship with Sohail, especially as she moves on Her romance with Vikram AhujaSeema shared, “First of all, I want to tell everyone that I would not have got this opportunity if it were not for my ex-husband and his family. When we started shooting for the first season of the show, I was still married to Sohail. I have two children with Sohail and we have such a bond that even though we have moved ahead respectfully in our lives, Sohail’s family will always be my family too.

Seema emphasized her desire to create her own identity beyond her family ties. “It is not about being separated from the Khan family or the tag of being their daughter-in-law; It’s about creating my own identity. I remember one morning I said to my elder son, ‘Am I put on this planet just to be someone’s wife, mother or daughter? What about me as a whole?”

She added, “I want my life to mean something and to be able to look back with my kids and see me as something other than these labels. That was my driving point. I realized that my There should be more to it than just these tags.”

Talking about her role as a mother, Seema confirmed, “My children will always be my first priority. No decision in my life will be taken without the consent of my children. Be it the decision to move on with my life, embrace a new partner, or even do the show – all these decisions were taken after discussing them with my children. If my kids aren’t happy or confident with something I want to do, I won’t do it because as a mother it’s my responsibility to make sure they are comfortable and in a good environment. But, apart from that, I want an identity of my own and something that they can look back on and be proud of.”
