Keerthy Suresh-starrer Revolver Rita is set to release in theaters on November 28, 2025. Directed by JK Chandru, the black comedy crime film recently unveiled a fun trailer, featuring the Sani Kayidham actress in an interesting new role.

The trailer of Revolver Rita is based on the story of Rita, who accidentally takes the life of a dangerous gangster of Pondicherry. His actions set off a chain reaction, as the dead gangster’s son and his gang members set out on a mission to hunt him down.
Meanwhile, Rita must rely on her wits and the support of her family to escape this catastrophe before it’s too late. Whether he and his family manage to outwit the gangsters and survive is the central narrative.

The tone of the trailer establishes the film as a dark comedy that uses chaos and humor to present a crime-based narrative in an entertaining manner.
Starring Keerthy Suresh in the lead role, the film stars Radhika Sarathkumar, Super Subbarayan, Sunil, Ajay Ghosh, Radin Kingsley, John Vijay, Kalyan Master, Suresh Chakraborty, Kathiravan and many more in lead roles.
Written and directed by JK Chandru, the film is produced by Jagadish Palanisamy of Sudhan Sundaram and Thalapathy Vijay under the banner of Passion Studios and The Root.
The film’s music and background score is composed by Sean Roldan, while cinematography is by Dinesh Krishnan and editing is by Praveen KL.
Keerthi Suresh’s work front
Keerthy Suresh was last seen in the Telugu language film Uppu Kappurambu. The comedy-drama directed by Ani Ivi Sassi tells the story of a young woman who unexpectedly becomes the head of her village, who faces an unusual dilemma when she runs out of burial space in her cemetery.
The film also starred Suhas, Babu Mohan, Shatru, Talluri Rameswari, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Raviteja Nannimala, Vishnu Ooi, Duvvasi Mohan and many others in lead roles. The film was released directly on Amazon Prime Video.
