This is the place where the real difference is contained. Both phones come up to 12GB with LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. However, they vary greatly in terms of processing power.

Realme GT 7T MediaTek Dimentation 8400 is powered by Max Chipset-a very enabled mid-range processor that makes rivals such as Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 and Exynos 1480 better in this price bracket. It is a solid artist and easily handles most tasks.

On the other hand, Realme GT 7 is in a completely separate league. Powered by MediaTek Dimption 9400E, it competes with major processors such as chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and recently declared Snapdragon 8S Gen 4.
