Directed by visionary Rishabh Shetty and produced under Paramvah Studios, Kirik Party was more than just a film – it was a cultural moment. Thanks to the script written by Rakshit and his creative team, The Seven Odds, it perfectly portrayed the chaotic, vibrant and emotional ups and downs of college life. The film also served as a launching pad for Rashmika Mandanna and Sanyukta Hegde, who brought a rare authenticity to the screen, along with a talented ensemble cast including Achyuth Kumar and Aravind Iyer.
When it first hit theaters on December 30, 2016, no one could have predicted how big it would become. It not only earned Rs. It devastated the box office by earning more than Rs. 50 crores; It remained in multiplexes for an incredible 365 days and became one of the highest-grossing Kannada films of all time.
