There is a high probability that Qualcomm may aim to launch its next generation flagship mobile processor. This will mark a change in Qualcomm’s general launch timeline, as the company usually unveils its top level processor at its annual Snapdragon summit held on or later. If it becomes accurate, Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 will arrive a full month earlier than its predecessor, Snapdragon 8 Elite, which was launched on 21 October last year.
Tipster claims that Snapdragon 8 Elite will make its debut at the end of September 2, which features the commercial smartphone coming in October. This corresponds to the previous release cycles, where the major smartphones roll their major equipment about a month after the announcement of the brand Qualcomm. These additions are expected to promote on-device AI capabilities, computational photography and other heavy charge. Additionally, a large cache size – rumors of being around 16MB – can increase the accountability and overall performance of the system by about 30 percent.
