Qualcomm has been tipped to reveal its latest Snapdragon 8S General 4 chip soon, with the possibility of a launch to April 2025. In terms of graphics, the chip is asked to use the Adreno 825 GPU, which is related to the same generation as the Adreno 830 GPU found in Snapdragon 8 Elite, but with a low core. The SoC is also provided with 6MB of SLC and 8MB L3 Cash, which will improve its overall speed and efficiency.
The smartphone operated by Snapdragon 8S Gen 4 is expected to roll out immediately after its launch, the IQO Z10 is likely to be the first model equipped with this chip with Turbo Pro and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. There is speculation that Redmi Turbo 4 Pro may be launched globally under Poco F7 branding.
