Producer Dil Raju says that Ram Charan’s game Changer has financially damaged me.
Producer Dil Raju recently admitted in an interview that he had estimated the financial shock of the game changer. While Ram Charan-Starr was reduced by expectations, Raju expressed confidence that the sanctuary would help in compensating for the loss.

Manufacturer Dil Raju, known for his film options and honest statements, has now opened up about the commercial failure of his ambitious project ‘Game Changer’. In a recent conversation, he admitted that he felt the film’s underperformance well before its release.
In an interview with actor Nithin during the promotion of his upcoming film ‘Thhammudu’, he said, “I started to feel that the film released on January 10 (Game Changer) was going to harm me financially. Even distributors were less felt.”
Talking about his other release in that season, ‘Sankunthiki Vastunam’ said, “But I was confident that ‘Sankunthi Vastunam’ would become a hit. I usually know in the editing room whether a film will work or not. My only idea was how much damage this film is and how much is going on.”
Directed by Shankar, ‘Game Changer’ is a political drama in which Ram Charan plays the role of an IAS officer. It was placed as a historical project, marking the 15th film of Charan and the 50th production venture of Sri Venkateswara Creations. Riding on the huge success of ‘RRR’, Charan worked closely with Ace director Shankar, who started his Telugu direction with the film, leading to high expectations.

The film consisted of a star-stad cast including Kiara Advani, Anjali, SJ Surya, Srikanth, Sunil, Jairam and Samuthikani. However, its orange release seriously and commercially saw the reaction of both.
Dil Raju’s comments have once again highlighted the unexpected nature of film production of the big budget, and such high-day undertakings have played time and creative control.
