Celebrity stylist Shura Khan, who is the wife of actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, often makes headlines on the Internet. Shura keeps posting loved-up pictures with her husband Arbaaz on Instagram.
Shura’s latest Instagram post is not about Arbaaz but about his stepmom, veteran actress Helen.
Shura Khan shared a photo with Helen
On July 18, Shura Khan posted a new photo of a Pilates session with Helen on Instagram. In her Instagram story, Shura gave Helen a side kiss on the cheek. Her Pilates trainer Yasmin Karachiwala is also in the picture.
In the photo, the veteran actress can be seen making a cute pout.
Shura tagged Helen and Yasmin in the picture and wrote, “Pilates friends.” She also wrote a cute caption for Helen with her post. In the caption, she wrote, “Helen Aunty, you are truly an inspiration.” After this, she also added a red heart emoji.

Even at the age of 85, Helen inspires fans with her regular Pilates practice
Helen, who is famous for songs like Yeh Mera Dil, Mehbooba Mehbooba and Monica O My Darling, has recently started doing Pilates regularly to keep herself fit and healthy.
In June 2024, Helen was featured in Yasmin Karachiwala’s video on Instagram in which she talked about the benefits of Pilates in her life. The 85-year-old actress shared that she feels “energetic, vibrant and happy” after her Pilates sessions.
In the video, Helen said that Pilates “gets her high”. She added, “I don’t need to drink or smoke to get high. I get high from Pilates.”

Shura Khan and Arbaaz Khan met on the sets of Arbaaz’s production venture Patna Shukla. Recently, the couple was spotted outside a maternity clinic in the city, however, both of them maintained silence about their secret visit.
Shura married Arbaaz in a private Nikaah ceremony on December 24, 2023. Their wedding was hosted by Arbaaz’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma at her Mumbai residence. Helen is Shura’s step-mother-in-law.
Even at the age of 85, Helen has overcome all obstacles and proved that age is just a number.
