Sandeep Pradeep starring Padakkalam, Suraj Venjaramudu, Sharafudh and others, are doing well at the box office. The film is performing better than the circle but remains behind the Prince and Family. Debuting its early day with Rs 35 lakh, the film wrapped its first weekend of Rs 2 crore and wrapped it for Rs 3.95 crore in the first week. It added another Rs 2.25 crore to the tally, the 11-day cum took up to Rs 6.20 crore.
According to estimates, the film added Rs 40 lakh to the Kerala box office on 13 days (2 Tuesday), adding Rs 7.20 crore to the Kerala box office. Based on his trends, Padkkalam is expected to be grossed by Rs 10 crore to more than Rs 13 crore in his lifetime and will finally be an average case. The film is facing an important dental from Thudram’s blockbuster wave. It will face the new competition from Towino Thomas-Starr Narvita from the end of this week.
