Nora Fatehi says she can’t dress like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan or Ananya Panday; ‘I have a lot of struggle…’

Nora Fatehi is known for her acting and chart-topping dance numbers in Bollywood. Recently, the actress revealed that she has to ask her stylists and producers not to dress her like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan or Ananya Panday because she has a different body type. He said that it was often difficult for him to understand their reasoning, but eventually agreed.

In an interview during the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, Nora Fatehi revealed about her experience regarding styling in Bollywood. The Canadian dancer, who has always been vocal about her experiences in Bollywood, mentioned how she had to ask and put forward her logical suggestions when it came to style in the industry.

She shared that after working in India for a long time, she can talk to her stylist and ask them not to dress her like Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor or Sara Ali Khan because they have a different body type.

Recalling her experience, she said, “I have a lot of fights where I have to impose it on stylists and directors because they will make certain clothes and be like, ‘Okay, everyone else is wearing this too.’ “

As a result, Nora had to explain that she understood them, but her body type was different, and they needed to decide her outfits and look accordingly. She said that her body type is unusual in the industry, so stylists do not understand what she tries to explain.

However, the Crack actress is adamant in her stance, and they agree. Furthermore, Fatehi felt that wearing outfits worn by other actresses would divert attention from the choreography and beauty of the dance.

For those unaware, Nora made her Bollywood debut in the 2013 Bollywood film Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans. Since then, she has been a part of other films like Bharat, Bhuj: The Pride of India, Margao Express and Krack. She has also been featured in popular songs like Manike, Ek Toh Kam Zindagaani, Kamariya, Dilbar and others.
