Neha Dhupia shared a post about her weight loss journey after her second pregnancy. The actress will next be seen in the upcoming film ‘Bad News’.

Actress Neha Dhupia has shared an inspirational post after losing 23 kilos following her second pregnancy. In a heartfelt note, the actress has described her dedication to health and fitness as well as the challenges she faced during postpartum weight loss.
As Neha Dhupia gears up for her big screen comeback with ‘Bad Newz’, the actress shared her transformation picture on Instagram with a note. “Motherhood is an incredible experience, but it also comes with its challenges, including post-pregnancy weight gain. Losing those extra pounds wasn’t just about looking a certain way, but about feeling healthy, strong and capable. It was important for me to set an example for my children, showing them the value of perseverance and self-care. I hope my journey can inspire other moms who are facing similar challenges. Remember, it’s not about the speed of your progress, but about the consistency and commitment you bring to the process.”

She further added, “Day 1 of my journey began a year and a few months ago with a feeling of belief and self-love that hey.. come on you can do this too. I called up my two most favourite coaches, my run coach @mirandabrinston and my yoga sir @rohitflowyoga and without question a day later I was training with both of them in turns and somewhere I felt hopeful. I felt the pain, the need to show up, the inability of my body to reach the optimum that I had left, fatigue that is hard to put into words between two kids, work, a home that needs you 24 x 7 and of course no change in the way I look.”
Lastly, the actor advised people to stay consistent and disciplined towards their training.
Neha’s role in the upcoming film ‘Bad News’ marks a significant comeback on the silver screen. Starring a stellar cast including Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri and Amy Virk, the film will release in theatres on July 19.
