Samantha Ruth Prabhu got married to filmmaker Raj Nidimoru in an intimate ceremony at Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation in Coimbatore. Their wedding pictures are going viral on the internet with netizens praising the newly married couple. Meanwhile, Samantha’s ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya has shared a post on his official Instagram handle, celebrating the second year of their series, titled Dhootha. The actor posted a photo and poster of the show and reflected on the bond he has built with the audience.
In the post he is shown in an intense avatar. Expressing his gratitude to the makers and audience of Dhootha, Naga Chaitanya wrote, "#Dhootha is a show that has proved that if as an actor you make a choice based on creativity and honesty and you give your best to it then people will connect. They will receive that energy and give it back to you. Thank you! 2 years of hypocrisy! Love the team that did this."
He tagged everyone who put in the efforts to make Dhootha a successful venture. However, as soon as Naga shared the photo, fans showered love in the comments section, but netizens were quick to notice that it was the same day that Samantha and Raj Nidimoru officially got married.
Let us tell you, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya dated for many years and got married in 2017. They announced their separation in 2021, which came as a shock to fans. Both of them made it official by posting their statements about the divorce on social media.
While Chaitanya got married for the second time with actress Shobhita Dhulipala, the Kushi actress got married to Raj today. Interestingly, Samantha’s wedding took place just three days before Chaitanya and Shobhita’s first wedding anniversary. The Made in Heaven actress and Thandale actor exchanged vows at the prestigious Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad on December 4, 2024.
