Luke Cottinho on the rise of heart attack in ‘Fit and Young’
In a special interview, Luke Cottinho broke how to be ‘fit’ and working outside is not enough to keep your heart healthy; This, at the end of the day, is the overall lifestyle that matters.
“A 25 -year -old man, a heart attack during a wedding ceremony in Karnataka, dies”
“Bodybuilder, 28, dies of cardiac arrest during gym workouts”
“29 -year -old dental surgeon, after a heart attack, dies by marathon run”
“Gym trainer, 38, dies due to cardiac arrest”
These headlines have now become a everyday thing – the deaths due to the arrest of the heart. What is also worth noting is another detail: their age. Most of these cases, which have emerged late, one thing is the same: Most of the victims are 40 years or less. Not to mention how cases have been shot after epidemic.
In a special interview with Today IndiaLuke Cottinho, Holistic lifestyle coach and you care about the co-founder of lifestyle, discussed the possible reasons behind the cardiac arrest, and the conclusion we concluded is the lifestyle here.
Cutinho says, “Many people like to find consolation in blaming the vaccine,” Cutinho says, who regularly see families after a sudden loss of a loved one. He said, “While there is some truth, we cannot go to that defect and ignore that we are doing wrong as human beings.”
According to him, most families do not fully know that their loved ones were putting their bodies until it is too late.
“Half of the patients who die, their parents come to us, or their children come to us, so we have a lot of information that no one else will tell you. What is happening behind the curtain, there are things like drug abuse, people vapor between work or workouts or after a workout, how do they smoke, but how much do they do, but how much they do, but how much they do.”
A gym routine is not equal to good health
This may look like a real question – people who have a healthy lifestyle that includes working, eating well, and still being dead before 40 – what is justification for this?
First of all, let’s bust the myth: looking fit does not always mean healthy. Among the most unseen issues? Lack of sleep, especially among those who push themselves in the gym.
“Lack of sleep is very large in our country, and has a direct connection with heart arrest, especially among the population of fitter people,” he warns. “Because when you are working hard in the gym, you need more recovery, which you sleep at night. But most of these people are sleeping 3, 4, perhaps 5 hours.”
It is combined with high levels of caffeine, stress and late night socialization, becoming a dangerous cocktail.
In addition, Coutinho expressed concern over ultra-related foods. “Outside food is a huge concern-due to the amount of floods, ultra-produced food, restaurants of the restaurant, omega-6S, and saturated fats, which are truly sophisticated.
Another silent killer – high blood pressure
One of the most dangerous elements of all this is that is not being felt – silent hypertension. “Very big problem. Half of the people do not even know that they have silent blood pressure. They just keep saying,” This is a headache, let’s take a crocin, “to check and find out that their headache is something else.”
Even those who know, often do not stick to treatment. “Another big missed people are knowing that they have high blood pressure, they have prescribed the drug, but they forget to take it. They don’t take it. And suddenly, you have a stroke. You fall down.”
