Khushi Kapoor and Ananya Panday believe in maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. The two actresses’ fitness instructor Namrata Purohit shared a glimpse of their tough Pilates session on Instagram. Khushi placed her hands on her thighs for support while Ananya placed hers on her forehead. They bent their knees, pulled them close to the chest, and repeated the similar motion. Khushi’s legs were shaking with the effort of completing the tough workout and yet, she did it with a smile. Her exercise partner too echoed a similar sentiment, laughing nervously. Tagging Khushi Kapoor and Ananya Panday in the post, Namrata Purohit said, “You all did great, really engaged your muscles and worked out the right way!

Armchair Pilates increases scapular stability, promotes core and upper body strength and improves posture. This specialized physical training also strengthens muscles, enhances balance and joint mobility and is a great way to reduce stress and tension. Describing the strenuous exercise, the celebrity trainer wrote, “I think the saying ‘looks can be deceiving’ is made for Pilates. It all seems like fun and games until you really get down to it, especially doing it correctly, and then you feel that incredible burn and that deep connection, and then the little muscles start to tire and shake.”
Ananya Panday swears by Pilates. Earlier, Namrata Purohit shared a picture of the actress in which she was indulging in a solid workout session as she tried to do a walkover on the Cadillac machine for the first time. The Cadillac walkover is a different form of Pilates, which is considered a therapeutic exercise, targeting deep stretching. It also aids in improving body movement and posture. One can enhance their balance by entering the advanced level of Pilates with walkovers on the Cadillac machine.
