‘Chandu Champion’ star Kartik Aaryan and his mother Mala Tiwari will be seen in the finale episode of the upcoming season of ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. The promo of the episode was released on Wednesday, June 19.

The promo begins with Kartik stating how nervous he is about sharing the stage with his mother. The mother-son duo’s playful chemistry sets the perfect tone for the season finale. The actor can also be seen telling his mother, “Please say something positive (about me).”

In one segment, Kartik’s mother is also seen playing the role of a matchmaker for him.

Further, Kapil jokingly said, “I am thinking if she (Mala Tiwari) spies so much on her son, I wonder what she would do with you (referring to Kartik’s father).”

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Chandu Champion’ is running in theatres. Directed by Kabir Khan and co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan, ‘Chandu Champion’ tells the inspiring story of a determined athlete who is determined not to give up.

Kartik Aaryan plays Chandu, which depicts the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist in freestyle swimming. The film also stars Shreyas Talpade, Rajpal Yadav and Vijay Raj. The film will hit theaters on June 14, 2024.
