The recipe of this curry patta chaat has been shared by Masterchef Aruna Vijay on her Instagram. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Prepare the batter

For this, add gram flour, rice flour, celery, asafoetida, turmeric, cumin powder and salt in a big bowl. Gradually add water and mix well to make a smooth batter. Aim for a thin-medium consistency for best results.

2. Fry curry leaves

After this, add curry leaves to it and coat it well in the gram flour solution. Heat oil in a pan and fry them until they become golden brown and crisp.

3. Assemble and serve

Now place the fried curry leaves in a plate and add curd, mint chutney, black salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, green coriander, pomegranate and beetroot over them. Your curry patta chaat is now ready!
