The peas are a delightful turn on the traditional curry, with a sweet pea sweetness with tangling curd and aromatic spices. The combination of gram flour, yogurt, and a flavorful tadka makes it a comfortable and nutritious dish for any food.

What to serve with peas?

This version couple for boiled rice, cumin rice, or even for a great meal with millet roti. You can also serve it with a side of sin and pickle to enhance the taste.

How to make Matar to make Kadhi recipe of pea

The recipe for this pea was shared by the Instagram page @mygardenofrecipes. To begin, yogurt and gram flour together in a large bowl are smooth. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and water. Then the whisk, making sure that there is no lump. Next, heat the oil in a pan and add punch foreon, hing and curry leaves. Once they start bursting, add ginger, garlic and green chili paste. Saute for about a minute, then add chopped onion and green chili.
Pour into the prepared gram flour-cird mixture and cook on a low flame, stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes. Add water, fresh peas and salt. Mix well, cover with a lid, and boil it for 15-20 minutes. For Tadka, heat the oil and add dried red chili, curry leaves and red chili powder. Pour the tadka over the kadi and garnish with fresh coriander. serve hot!
