Janhvi’s trainer Namrata Purohit shared a video of the actress during an intense Pilates session. She worked on her back and core with an exercise that looked easy but will make you feel the burn. She was balancing on an arc barrel while doing her workout. By turning her legs upwards at a certain angle, she was balancing everything. The workout is a great way to improve your core and back. It also helps focus on the forearms and back, thereby strengthening the muscles. If you are looking for a way to up your game, it’s time you take a cue from Janhvi.
