Soak green moong overnight or for at least 5 hours. Once the water is drained, grind the moong until you get a thick paste. Keep aside. Next, wash the poha under running water and drain off the excess water. In a large bowl, mix it with moong paste and roasted gram flour. Also add finely chopped onion, chilli, ginger and green coriander. Add some spice powder to this mixture and add salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Make flat circular or oval shapes of the mixture. You can choose to pan-fry, air-fry or bake them. Serve them hot with fresh, homemade green chutney.
