As seen in Malaika, the simple shoulder mobility exercise is done in the following steps:
1. It is started in a standing position.
2. After this, fold your arms behind your head and slowly shake a stick.
3. After this, the stick is slowly rotated over the head and taken in front of the body.
4. This pattern of exercises and movements when repeated is called simple shoulder mobility exercises.
Simple shoulder mobility exercises prompt the muscles of the shoulder, arm, neck and back to work together. They help improve functional fitness, mobility and tightness in the shoulders, recovery from injury and increase shoulder muscle strength.
So what are we waiting for? Malaika's workout has got us excited to hit the gym and do some mobility exercises ourselves.
