The video begins with workers draining water from the cheese, which was wrapped in a thin cloth and placed in a large bowl. Cheese was made by heating milk to kill bacteria and then acidifying it with a starter culture to convert the milk sugar (lactose) into lactic acid. Then, the frozen milk is drained, and the solid form is collected into a container. Next, khoya, also known as mawa – a creamy, slightly sweet and nutritious ingredient made from dried milk, is added to the containers.

Then both the ingredients are mixed properly, and two teaspoons of aluminum sulphate is added. Later, the mixture is fed into a cutting machine resulting in round balls of uniform size. Finally, the balls are deep fried and mixed in sugar syrup before packaging. They are then appropriately weighed and placed in containers. The content creator shared the video with a caption that read, “Gulab jamun aise banta hai (This is how gulab jamun is made).”
