Drumstick soup is an easy recipe to make at home. The recipe has been shared by chef Shruti Mahajan on her official Instagram page. To make drumstick soup, first add chopped drumsticks, onions, tomatoes, broccoli, garlic and ginger to a pressure cooker along with water. Add salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds and pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles. Once done, release the pressure and let it cool. Next, strain the drumsticks and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Add it back to the mixture and bring to a boil. Then, season with ghee, cumin seeds and curry leaves. That’s it! Serve hot and enjoy your homemade drumstick soup!
