Diljit Dosanjh’s long -delayed movie Detective Sherdil is finally ready to see the daylight. Manufactured by Ali Abbas Zafar, the mystery comedy drama was wrapped years ago, but the film got stuck in release for unknown reasons.
Marking the beginning of the direction of Ravi Chhabaria, the upcoming film is a complete family entertainer, where Diljit will be seen donating the character of the ‘bizarre detective’.
When and where to see detective sherdil
Detective Sherdil has been officially declared for direct-to-OT release via ZEE5 on 20 June. On Sunday (June 8), producer Ali Abbas Zafar made an official announcement by sharing the first look poster and its release date.
While sharing the poster, Ali wrote, “Sherdil’s detective skills are going to be an ATE/10 (with a lion’s emoticon) Do not say that we did not warn YA (polite with fire emoji and with red heart).

Detective Sherdil’s plot and trailer
Shot in Budapest, detective Sherdil revolves around a bizarre detective, assigned to resolve a serious and complex case. The film originally mixes the mystery and mystery with comedy, promising a recreational family watch.
It has solid bends and turns, as well as eccentric suspicious, which makes the film a little exciting and exciting. Detective Sherdil’s trailer is expected to be out soon.
