Deal: Amazon has cashback deals on Samsung Galaxy phones, watches and buds

Have you done all your Christmas shopping yet? It’s not too late to pick up gifts for yourself and others, so here are the best smartphone offers (and some accessories) we found.

Amazon has a huge Samsung promo with up to £250 cashback. It runs until December 22nd, so you have this week to pick your favourite.

Starting with the main Samsung Galaxy S24 trio, it comes with £200 cashback. If you can’t decide which one is right for you, check out our key articles: Galaxy S24 vs S24+ and Galaxy S24+ vs S24 Ultra.

There’s also the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, which has a slightly lower £150 cashback. If you need help deciding whether the FE is a better choice, read our Galaxy S24 FE vs S24+ and S24 FE vs S24 posts.

The biggest cashback amounts are for Samsung’s two foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6. The Z Fold also comes with a discount, which helps bring its price closer to £1,000.

Our work is not complete. Both the Samsung Galaxy A35 and A55 are offered with £75 cashback and come with a free Galaxy Fit3.

The Ultra is more expensive even when discounts and cashback are combined, it is also heavier but with a stronger and longer lasting battery. The Watch7 is smaller (especially the 40mm version) and Prime Student customers can get an extra £25 off.

An alternative to wrist watches is the Galaxy Ring. It can replace the watch to an extent (obviously it has more limited capabilities) or complement it – wearables and health apps allow you to wear the watch during the day and the ring at night, with 24/7 tracking. Let’s give.

Samsung’s TWS buds are also part of this deal. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have a higher cashback amount, making their price close enough to the Buds 3 that we think the Pro is worth the small premium.

Last week there was a great offer on the old OnePlus 11 (unfortunately it has now ended). For comparison, we listed the price of the OnePlus 12 and it was £750 for the 12/256GB model and £830 for the 16/512GB model. We looked again and prices have dropped significantly – the 16/512GB model is down to £700 (down £130 from last week!). There is less discount on the 12/256GB model and it is not a good deal. The price of the OnePlus 12R has also dropped, now costing £500, which is £50 less than last week.

If that’s still too much, the OnePlus Nord 4 might be a better option with its stunning aluminum unibody and price of £370 for the 12/256GB model. We’d recommend spending a little extra (only £30) to get the 16/512GB model. Last week the Nord 4 was £400/£480, so this is another notable price drop.

Finally, Samsung’s offering – a flip foldable to take on the Xiaomi Mix Flip. It has the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a 50MP 47mm tele camera instead of the ultra-wide (both have 50MP main cameras). The battery is much larger (4,780mAh vs 4,000mAh) and faster (67W wired-only vs 25W/15W).
