Dandadaan Episode 6: Release date and where to stream
Dandadan Episode 6 will be released on the Japanese network on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 12:26am JST. International viewers can expect the episode to be available a day earlier, on Thursday, November 7, with release times varying by location. time zone.
The episode will stream globally on Crunchyroll and Netflix with English subtitles during the Fall 2024 anime season. Although a trailer confirmed that an English dub is in the works, a dub in another language has not been officially announced yet.
Expected plot in Dandadan episode 6
As per the episode preview, Dandadaan episode 6 will be titled ‘A Dangerous Woman Arrives’. The episode will presumably follow Momo, Okarun, and Turbo Granny as they search the school for Okarun’s missing “Kintama”.
Turbo Granny’s powers, now under Okarun’s control, may require some initial training, especially if Seiko feels her lack of experience could cause problems. It may also take this time for Momo to further develop her mental abilities.
Meanwhile, Aira Shiratori, introduced as Okaru’s classmate, will reappear and may play a bigger role as the series progresses, especially after her brief but impactful introduction in the last episode. Dandadan episode 6 will show Aira becoming able to see ‘unseen’ spirits due to a supernatural influence.
Dandadaan Episode 5 Recap
Dandadaan Episode 5 is titled ‘Like, Where Are Your Balls?’ The episode begins with Okarun nervously going to school, unsure of how to approach Momo. To his surprise, she was waiting for him outside and was jokingly scolding him for being late.
The two are separated due to different class schedules, but each finds themselves thinking about the other, eager to discuss recent events. Despite trying to find each other, they keep missing each other, eventually leading to an awkward confrontation that results in an accidental kiss, which is witnessed by Momo’s friends.
Their embarrassment leads to playful bickering, though Momo’s friends quickly recognize the pair’s closeness. Later, Okarun leaves upset, feeling insulted by Momo’s teasing. In Dandadan episode 5 he encounters Aira, a classmate who makes fun of him.
Momo, feeling protective, encounters a harmless, supernaturally summoned washtub. Back at Momo’s house, Okarun reveals that his genitals are still missing, prompting Momo’s grandmother, Seiko, to turn Turbo Granny’s spirit into a cat doll.
