Brad Pitt’s rebranded skincare label Beau Domaine is facing a trademark dispute, as the Malibu-based brand known for its high-end ‘penis cream’ has sued the actor’s company, accusing it of infringement. The case centers on Pitt’s 2024 rebrand from Le Domaine to Beau Domaine, with Beau D saying the name infringes its trademark rights.

The company is seeking damages in excess of $75,000 and a permanent injunction preventing Pitt’s brand from using the Beau domain name and branding.

The report describes Beau D as a high-end penis cream company, founded in 2020 by former Men’s Vogue fashion editor Brandon Pallas. The company reportedly tried to settle the case privately on three occasions before deciding to take legal action against Pitt’s business.

Pitt entered the skincare industry in 2022 with the launch of Le Domaine, a luxury label created in collaboration with the Perrin family, known for its winemaking heritage. The brand offers products including cleansers, serums and moisturizers with a focus on skin longevity. It was later rebranded as Beau Domaine in 2024.
So far, Beau Domaine has reportedly not filed a formal legal response in court.
