BookMyShow app and site crash before Coldplay concert tickets go live
BookMyShow’s website and app crashed, delaying Coldplay concert ticket sales in India. The iconic British band is scheduled to perform in Mumbai on January 18 and 19, 2025.

BookMyShow, the website on which Coldplay concert tickets for India were supposed to go live at 12 noon, has crashed. The sale could not go live. Not just the website, but the app has also crashed.
Many fans, who were eagerly waiting for the ticket sales, were disappointed as the website crashed.

The app had also crashed, with many users claiming that error messages appeared when they tried to book tickets.

Tickets were not available on the website as of 12:15pm.

The ticket sale began after 12:18 pm and is now available on the BookMyShow website and app.

Some users trying to book tickets on the app are still facing this issue.
Ticket prices for the concert range from Rs 2,500 to Rs 12,500, with options of Rs 3,000, Rs 3,500, Rs 4,000, Rs 4,500, Rs 9,000 and Rs 9,500. The highest price for tickets is Rs 35,000 for lounge seats. This includes an elevated viewing space and food and drinks. Each transaction is limited to a maximum of eight tickets.
