In addition, it includes investors’ rights and responsibilities; Details of the prevention mechanism available to investors and how to access IT, with the formats of monthly complaints and annual disposal of mobile apps and complaints by IAS and RAS on their website and mobile app.
Markets Regulator has investors and research analysts to bring on the charter of investors on their relevant websites and mobile applications, to bring on the instruction of their customers (existing and new customers).
Also, they have been asked to make a charter available at leading places in Office Fiss and to provide a copy of the charter as part of the client Board Nebodying process by e-mails or letters.

In December 2021, Sebi issued an investor charter for IAS and RAS, giving details of the services and the rights of investors provided to investors.
