Pooja Hegde is currently busy with many projects and one of them is Jan Nayagan. For the film, she is reconnaissance with her animal co-star Thalapati Vijay. However, this will mark his last film, before he is fully committed to his political career. In a recent interview with the Times of India, the actress opened about the feelings that she is experiencing after her reunion.
What did Pooja Hegde say?
In the interview, the actress said she feels excited to work with Vijay again, especially since her pair clicked well in the Beast and the popular song Arabic Kuthu. He appreciated the professionalism and kind nature of Leo Star, saying that he made the work “comfortable” on the set.
Retro Star also accepted to feel a bit emotional about the project. He mentioned that it was “Bitwatch”, knowing that it would be Vijay’s last film, before he goes away for his political journey. As a fan of Vijay’s work, Pooja said that her films have always been pleasant to watch and hope that Jan Nayagan will be seen as a celebration of her cinematic journey.
In his words, “One part of me is sad that this is his last film because we like to watch his films, and I mean, I love his films. And nothing, it should be considered as just a celebration.”
About Jan Nayagan
The H Vinith Directorial will include Vijay, Pooja Hegde and Bobby Deol in the lead roles. The film also includes a strong dress, including Gautham Vasudev Menon, Priyamani and Mamita Baiju along with other people.
The music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichandar. Rapper Hanumankand is also giving his voice to one of the songs to add a fresh twist to the album. Actress Shruti Haasan also has a strong discussion about creating a cameo appearance, although it has not been officially confirmed yet.
Interestingly, reports show that filmmakers have received remake rights to Bhagwant Kesari for a specific reason. A powerful view of the Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer, which explains the concept of “Good Touch, Bad Touch”, will be adapted to Jan Nayagan. Meanwhile, the film will reach the big screen on January 9, 2026.
