Akhil Akini is ready to tie the wedding knot with Zainab Raoji on 6 June 2025. As close to the wedding date inch, the actor’s parents, Nagarjuna Akini and Amala Akineni gave the first invitation to Telangana CM Revantha Reddy.
Along with Nagarjuna and his wife, Zainab’s parents were also present in the meeting with the Chief Minister, as well as in a picture.

For unknown people, Akhil Akineni and his beloved Zainab Rao were in a relationship for some time and made it official with an announcement of their engagement in November 2024.
As the news of their marriage has been doing rounds for some time, it was said that the family was organizing the program in a prudent fashion. Along with inviting Telangana CM with Nagarjuna and Amla, the wedding bell is definitely going to ring soon.
Moving forward, rumors suggest that the wedding will take place in a grand way at Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad, where his elder brother Naga Chaitanya’s Sobhita Dhulipala was also married.
Additionally, there are speculation of festive events in Rajasthan, but it has not been confirmed yet.
Talking about Akhil’s early wife, Zainab Rao is an artist known for her painting works. She is the daughter of prominent industrialist Zulfi Raoji. The couple met a few years ago, which further led to an infection in a relationship and was kept private for a while.
Coming on the work front of Akhil Akini, the actor was last seen in the role of an acting in the film agent. The 2023 spy action had the story of an ambitious young man who wants to work in RAW under his idol.
The film, which recently appeared on Soniliv for streaming, was a box office failure, which inspired Anil Sunkhara and Akhil to apologize to the audience, admitting that he began production on a film without a bound script.
2 years after its release, Akhil recently announced his next film, Lenin. The upcoming film is expected to be an action venture with Sreeleela as a female lead.
