This is official – Tecno Pova Curve 5G is here and it is India’s thinnest (7.5 mm) curved phone with a 5,500mAh battery! Curvature? It is 55 °, which Tecno says that feels futuristic in the hand.
The Tecno Pova curve comes in three colors – magic silver, neon cyan and geek black. Unlike the old Pova of the old, we do not look back at any light-up LED, it is sad.
The upfront sits a 6.78 inch 1080p amoled with a 144hz refresh rate and a top glow of 1,300 knots. Tecno has achieved 93.8% screen-to-body ratio.
Inside a 4Nm dimension is 7300 ultimate tick, paired with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
The battery is 5,500mAh, as we said, and it takes 45W wired charging. Tecno says that its pack has Tüv Rheinland long range certification for more than 1,800 charging bicycles. The phone claims 50% in only 15 minutes and 100% in 45 minutes.
Camera-wise, Pova curve 5G has 64MP 1/1.73-inch Sony IMX682 wide-angle camera (and 2MP depth sensor).
A last word on hardware – Tecno has focused on the connectivity of the Pova curve, ensuring a strong signal, wherever you can find yourself. The Pova curve 5G has a solid all-round 86.5% antenna coverage, Vowifi dual pass and real-time signal optimization.

Tecno has equipped the Pova curve 5G with Ella AI and claimed that it is the first AI of the section with Indian language support. Users get AI Voiceprint suppression – aka voice calls reduction – AI auto call north, live translation and post -call summary (including WhatsApp calls) with AI call assistant, and no network communication for connectivity in less or less or without signal areas (Tecno has made no network communication for connectivity in signal areas.
The Tecno Pova curve is going on sale in the afternoon on 5 June. The 6/128 GB version is exclusive to Flipkart and is priced at INR 15,999. The 8/128 GB unit is INR 16,999 and is on sale through offline retail stores. The pre-order will get a chance to win a Royal Enfield motorcycle, a scooter, a free screen replacement, an extended warranty and voucher. Offline buyers will not get any cost of EMI up to 10 months for low as IMI on EMI.
