Alia Bhatt expressed praise for Fahd Fasil: Aksham is my favorite
Alia Bhatt, who started her ear, recently expressed praise for Malayalam actor Fahd Fasil and said that she would definitely be interested in working with her.

Alia Bhatt, who recently started the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, made headlines not only for her fashion but also for her praise for Malayalam cinema. During an interview, the ‘Jigra’ actor said that she praises Fahd Fasil and praised her recent performance in the 2024 blockbuster film ‘Aeshham’.
In a conversation Brut IndiaAlia said, “Fahd Fasil is what I really praise; her work (as well). He is a great actor of such. I think Iyansham was one of my favorite films and was just untrue. I would like to cooperate with him someday.” He also recalled his experience by collaborating in ‘Darlings’ with Roshan Matthew.
Praising Roshan, Alia said, “I have the privilege of working with Roshan Matthew on ‘Darling’s’, who is such a wonderful actor and has done a lot of Malayalam content. He is now making waves in Hindi.” Alia Bhatt collaborated with Roshan Matthew in the 2022 acclaimed film Darlinges, including Vijay Verma and Shefali Shah.

When asked about regional cooperations, the ‘Brahmastra’ star highlighted the growing unity in Indian cinema. “One thing that the epidemic has taught to me is that we are really a unit, and now with the material sitting in a platform – the global platform that everyone gets to see – a huge exposure. You can see any kind of material,” he said.
Alia further reflected how global streaming platforms allow wide cultural understanding. He said, “Before yesterday, I watched an animated film, who won the Oscar, a Philippine Animated Production, and I was like wow, I get to see someone else’s attitude because the stage is available for us,” he said.
Alia Bhatt attended the closing ceremony at the Cannes Film Festival in Gucci Pahanwa with a saree-inspired drape. Style by Riya Kapoor is the first interpretation of Luke Gucci’s Indian saree.
