After Nani’s influential cameo as KD in ‘Hit 3’, actor Adivi Sesh is back with a glimpse of his upcoming film ‘Dakit’. The manufacturers of the much awaited bilingual action drama released an entertaining glimpse video on Monday, confirming the dramatic release of the film on 25 December 2025.
Adivi Sesh shared the fire glimpse video on X, wrote, “Thaglatayadhaniki Ostanna! This is going to be a #Dacoit December.

Directed by Debut Shenil Dev, the film also includes an actor and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. The manufacturers unveiled Anurag’s first appearance poster on February 28, revealing his role as Inspector Swami.
The film also stars Mrinal Thakur in a lead role. The film was initially declared with Shruti Haasan, but the actor later dropped out of the project. A source told India Today Digital that its departure was not due to scheduleing conflicts, but allegedly in the script due to the “over-charge” of the co-star, which made him uncomfortable on the set.
The story allegedly revolves around two disgusting lovers, who come together for a series that eventually reopen their lives. Jointly written by Edivi Sesh and Shanil Dev, ‘Dakit’ is being shot together in Telugu and Hindi.

The film is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, co-produced by Sunil Narang, and is presented by Annapurna Studio. Currently shooting is going on in Hyderabad, with the next schedule plan in Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, Adivi Sesh is also working on ‘G2’, which is the sequel to his 2018 hit ‘Gudhari’. Directed by Vinay Kumar Siriginy, the film features Emraan Hashmi and Vamika Gabbi and postponed it as one of the most ambitious projects of the actor.
