Actor Kamal Haasan has been a part of the film industry for more than six decades, but when asked if he was still nervous before a large release, the experienced actor offers a ground reaction. While reflecting his journey, he said that the release of one release is less about pressure and is grounded and more about expectation.

In an interview with ANI, Kamal Haasan recently, speaking about the pressure coming with the release day, said, “When I was three years old, I started acting. I have a good day to work any day. So, I do not consider many concerns that others are about release.”

Considering how someone’s mindset shapes, the actor said, “I think after some time we have to be humble and we hope it will do it. We want to run it, and we think it will do. But it will be wrong for Habris instead of passion. Learn to take blame.”

The Tamil cinema was touched as one of the most anticipated release of 2025, ‘Thug Life’ reunited Kamal after nearly 35 years with filmmaker Mani Ratnam. The film includes Kamal and Silambarson TR (symbu) in acute, emotionally layered roles. The trailer indicates a complex bond between the two characters, a one that transitions into a fatal struggle with mutual respect.

A contingent of artists includes Trisha, Abhirami, Nasir, Sanjana Krishnamurthy and Ashok Selvan, composed by AR Rahman. The thug life is slapped to release on 5 June 2025.
