In an interview, Karan Johar reiterated that actor Alia Bhatt’s talent is greater than the ‘Nepotism’ label that is often assigned to him. The popular director, who launched Bhatt in Bollywood, called Bhatt a nepotist product ‘Idiots’.

Johar also commented on backlash that his film ‘Nadaniyan’ got online. The film starred Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor – two Star -Kids, and was heavily criticized for their evil performance. The producer now defended the film and said that people often slam films like ‘Nadaniyan’ to look calm.

“Cinema intellectuals will get to know about someone else, but if this religion is presentations, they will not say anything. It is fashionable to hate ‘Nadaniyan’. The more you hate him, the more videos you put on it, the more engagement you will get.
