The shares of Tata Power Company will be focused after the company has increased its consolidated net profit by 25% in the same quarter last year.

March quarterly operations increased by 8% to Rs. 17,096 crore, which is compared to Rs 15,847 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

Dividend details The board has paid Rs. The final dividend of 2.25 is indicated. The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholder in the Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for July 4, 2025.

The company has set as a record date to determine the character shareholders eligible on Friday, June 20, 2025.

Capex plans Tata Power plans to allocate Rs 25,000 crore for capital costs (CAPEX) in FY 26 and is also interested in bidding for two discomes in Uttar Pradesh, CEO Pravir Sinha announced the company’s plans for the next financial year.
