Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, recently shared that he had faced the difficulties of speech since childhood. Despite years of efforts, it is a challenge that he is still working hard today.

Ibrahim, with his debut film ‘Nadaniyan;,, faced a lot of criticism to fans that his voice was dubbed. This caused speculation that dubbing was done to mask a lisp.

He addressed rumors during an interview Giku, Ibrahim shared that a serious matter of jaundice at his birth affects his speech and hearing abilities. He revealed, “I was very bad jaundice immediately after I was born and it went straight to my mind. I lost to my hearing to a great extent and impressed my speech.”

Sharing that he has dedicated years to improve his speech and continues to progress, Ibrahim said, “The speech has always been a challenge for me. I am working with a coach and doctor on it because I was a child. It is still not right, but I am putting in every day’s effort.”

Ibrahim Ali Khan recently made her acting debut with ‘Nadaniyan’, starring Khushi Kapoor. The film is currently streaming on Netflix.
