Cine Association searches for a ban on Pakistani artists on Operation Sindoor’s comment
The All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has called for a ban on Pakistani Arrtists. The association criticized the statements made by him after India’s Operation Sindoor.

Pakistani actors like Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan are once again facing a boycott call in India, as the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) condemned his comment in response to Operation Sindoor of India. The association has urged the Indian film industry to “visually support these artists in the name of art.”
In his statement released on Wednesday, May 7, Aicwa criticized Pakistani actors for response to India’s successful operation vermilion. The announcement was posted on his X handle.
The statement said, “The statements are not only derogatory to our nation, but also an insult to countless innocent lives lost with terrorism and brave soldiers who have sacrificed their lives for our country. AICWA has confirmed strict and complete restrictions on Pakistani artists, filmmakers, and financially.

In addition, the association also addressed Backlash is running against Pakistani artists And emphasized the need for the Indian film industry to prioritize the national spirit on border cross -border cooperation.
“It is time for the Indian film industry to understand that supporting these artists on the pretext of art is a betrayal of national pride. Some people in our industry continue to show sympathy and support for Pakistani artists, ignoring our nation’s feelings. (SIC).”
The association called for taking responsibility from music companies and preventing all cooperation with Pakistani artists.
“It is unfortunate that many Indian music companies continue to promote Pakistani artists, causing them constant work and risk. Many Indian singers also share stages with these artists globally, ignoring the nation’s sentiments. Aicwa asks these companies and individuals to support these companies and individuals and stand with the nation (SIC).”
Finally, Aicwa urged all stakeholders in the Indian film industry including Bollywood and regional industries to respect this ban and prioritize national interest on any cooperation.
