Veteran actor Seema Pahwa recently voiced his concerns about Bollywood’s current situation and even indicated the possibility of moving away from the industry due to lack of creative opportunities. He said that the industry has been highly commercialized, traders now called shots, resulting in reduced respect and recognition for creative persons.

In an interview with Bollywood ThikanaSeema said,Muja is leg (I think I have to say goodbye to the industry soon). The condition is very bad in the industry and in a way, they have killed creative people in the industry. It has been fully taken by traders. They want to keep this industry alive from their business minds. I do not think, we can maintain this mindset. ,

Seema also said how industry has gone away from evaluating artistry, indicating that filmmakers now focus more on casting stars for box office success.

“I think they want to earn money and so they probably do not need people like us. They call us the ancestral log (old -fashioned people) and tell us, ‘Your thought process is very old.” They argue with us that an actor works as a film.

The actor made a commercial, formula films of Rs 100 crore to criticize the filmmakers repeatedly for not working at the box office. “If you make a good budget movies, at least 2 out of 5 will work. But they only want to stick to the old formula that people are rejecting. Oats have their own issues. I have turned myself into theater,”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Seema will be seen next time in ‘Bhool Chuk Maaf’, along with Rajkumar Rao and Vamik Gabbi.
