SS Rajamouli has played an important role in bringing Pan-Indian cinema at the forefront with films like Bahubali and RRR. His film as RRR is ready for release in back and beyond Japan, he visited the country to promote it and join fans. During a conversation, when asked about the upcoming Telugu films, he is excited, Rajamouli has named three that he believes the Telugu film industry has the ability to further further.
He mentioned the cooperation of Junior NTR and Prasant Neil, the soul of Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Wanga, and Ram Charan and Buchi Babu Sana’s Peddi as their top pics. However, Natisance was attracted that he had specifically referred to Junior NTR and Prashant Neel’s film, Entranle by the title “Dragon”. All these cooperation are creating large-scale expectations due to unique pair and ability to reach PAN-Indian audiences. Junior NTR and Prasant Neil’s film, titled Dragon, is already in production and is expected to be released next year. Similarly, Peddi starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor is also filming and will be released on 27 March 2026.
Prabhas’s characteristic soul as a police officer is yet to begin filming. However, the film has created a lot of discussion, especially since it has followed Sandeep Reddy Wanga’s success with Ranbir Kapoor.
Meanwhile, SS Rajamouli is ready to return from Japan after promoting RRR: behind and beyond. He will continue shooting for SSMB29 with Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Pinkvilla had earlier told that the film will be released in summer in 2027 and the filming will continue till mid -2012.
