Veteran star and filmmaker Manoj Kumar breathed his last time on yesterday (4 April). The news of his passing has left the entire country in shock. Today, he was cremated a kingdom. The atmosphere in the cremation ground was heavy with spirit because many Bollywood celebrities gathered to give him a final farewell. One of the most heartbreaking moments, his wife Shashi Goswami broke into grief during the funeral.

Earlier, after the news of Manoj Kumar’s death, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took his heartfelt condolences to X (East Twitter) to express his heartfelt condolences. He said, “He was an icon in Indian cinema, especially remembered for his patriotism, which was also reflected in his films.”
He said, “Manoj ji’s actions ignited the spirit of national pride and will continue to inspire generations. My views are with his family and fans.
Manoj Kumar was also called Bharat Kumar for his memorable patriotic roles. He died at the age of 87 at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. He was admitted on 21 February 2025 after his health declined. Despite continuous medical efforts, his condition deteriorated, causing him to die in the dark facility of the hospital.
