White Lotus achieved the highest rating in the history of the series with season 3! The new season of the hit HBO series took fans on a visit to Thailand after the Sophomore season, which was shot in Italy. Mike White- producer, writer, director and executive producer of the show clearly revealed that Thailand was not his first choice.
Talking to The Hollywood reporter, Multifate recalled an incident that initially alerted him to the country. “I was in Thailand when my father and I ended with the amazing race,” he revealed. He had to wait at an eradication station with other bitter reality contestants, and Anubhav wanted to avoid him returning to Thailand.
He said, “I was like this,” I never want to come back here. ” White also revealed that he had planned the film Season 3 film in Japan, originally in Hawaii and Italy.
However, he explained that the studio insisted on filming in Thailand and filming for good reasons. “Obviously, you take into account the country’s infrastructure, available crews and tax breaks,” HBO chief KC Bloques explained.
He visited the country as a etiquette of the studio, but very few White knew that the journey would give rise to a creative creative epiphyne. He recalled the need to capture bronchitis and hospitalize, which required a nebulizer.
White revealed that he had not slept for two straight days and could not stop thinking about the show.
