IQOO is set to launch its latest mid-range smartphone in India on 11 April 2024, IQO Z10. While the upcoming device is expected to bring a significant upgrade, the main attraction of Z10 is its huge 7,300mAh battery. In fact, currently, no mainstream phone offers such a large battery, so the IQO Z10 will be the first in the market. In its teaser, IQO has also confirmed that this large battery will be paired with 90W fast charging, which promises to charge up to 50 percent in just 33 minutes.

Looking at its huge battery, the design may be slightly bulk. However, IQO has promised that the device will be relatively thin, measuring only 7.9 mm in thickness, making it comfortable in catching. Iku has also confirmed that the IQO Z10 will be operated by Snapdragon 7S General 3 chipset, a 4Nm processor that is paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The Z10 promises users of casual use and smooth performance in gaming.

On the display front, the Z10 is confirmed to facilitate a quad-verse amoled panel with a peak of 5,000 notes. This will offer Z10 one of the most bright displays in its section, which will also provide excellent visibility under bright sunlight. The display is expected to support the 120Hz refresh rate, which provides a fluid experience for scrolling and gaming.

Through its teaser, IQO has also confirmed that Z10 will play a triple-camera setup, leading to a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The camera system is likely to include additional lenses for ultra-wide and macro shots. On the front, a 32-megapixel selfie camera is expected to capture high quality self-picture and video calls.

In terms of software, the device will run Funtches OS 15 based on Android 15. IQO will also include its ultra game mode, which will adapt to gaming experience with features such as touch acceleration and frame rate boosting. The phone is expected to come with double stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor and 5G connectivity, making it a well-round package in the mid-range segment.

IQO Z10 Expected Price

The price will be an important factor for IQO Z10. The price of this device is expected to be Rs 21,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version, with possible bank offers bring the price down to Rs 19,999. At this price, the device will compete with Redmi Note 13 Pro, Realme 12 Pro, and OnePlus Nord CE 4. IQO has confirmed that the Z10 will be available to buy through Amazon India, pre-order is expected to open immediately after the launch event.

IQoo Z10X was also expected

While the IQO Z10 is under discussion, the brand is also expected to introduce the IQO Z10X as a more affordable option. The Z10X will probably have a dual-camera setup with a 6,500mAh battery, demity 7300 chipset and ring flash. The leak suggests that it will have an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and fast charging support, which will offer a competitive offering in the budget segment.

The IQO Z10X is expected to be less than Rs 15,000, which target users who want a capable 5G device without spending too much. Both IQO Z10 and Z10X will be officially unveiled next week, will be confirmed in launch with more information about pricing and availability.
