Users across India are facing difficulties with digital payments, as popular UPI platforms, including Google P and Paytm, are experiencing service disruption. Some SBI bank users are also reporting payment issues.
In a statement, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) said that the success rate in some banks led to a decline in UPI.

A platform, which tracks online service disruptions, according to the dudator, with the outage in late and evening, the report of failed transactions and app malfunctions throughout the day.
Most complaints – 64 percent – were related to fund transfer failures, while 28 percent of the users were struggling with payment processing, and 8 percent faced the app -related glitch. SBI customers also faced significant disruption, with 57 percent reporting fund transfer failures, 34 percent of mobile banking issues, and 9 percent are unable to check their account balance.
Many users took unsuccessful payments, delayed refunds and app crash on social media to express disappointment. Interruption caused inconvenience, especially for those who rely on UPI for daily transactions.
