Actor Arjun Kapoor shared a deep emotional tribute to his late mother Mona Shourie Kapoor on the 13th anniversary of his death. The actor reflected at his loss, expressing permanent pain of his absence.

Posting a series of paintings with his mother, Arjun wrote, “13 years today, Ma a few days, all the weight seems to be very heavy,” Kapoor wrote. “Ans and I try, we really do, to make us the most part of the world you created. But still a lot of conversations remain incomplete, so many moments I want us to share. I catch the hope that one day, we will complete them all and till then, till then, I remember you every day (sis).”

Mona Kapoor died on 25 March 2012 due to several organ failure after a fight with cancer and high blood pressure. His children, Arjun and Anshula, were in his favor during their final moments.

Despite being separated from filmmaker Boney Kapoor in 1996, Mona continued to live with her in -laws, raising her children in the family’s house until her death. His legacy is a significant impact on Arjun Kapoor, who has often talked about his unwavering support in his life and career.
