Talking for 60 minutes, the actor-director said, “Look, I am 63 years old. I am not trying to compete with the 25-year-old lead men. It’s not my job. I am not doing romantic films anymore.”
The last romantic film that appeared in Clooney was with her good friend and former co-star Julia Roberts (ticket for ticket). At that time, Roberts had told the New York Times that he had rejected those parts as he had a bad script.
