“Switch on” diet plan

Sherri gave Dr. The four-week Metabolic reset program developed by Park Yong-Vu credited its change in the “Switch on Diet”.

Popular in Korea, this diet is designed to help the body burn fat while maintaining muscles. It emphasizes intermittent fasting, clean food and intestine health instead of extreme calorie-cutting.

“This program helped me to keep the weight away for a long time. It activates fat metabolism, prevents muscle damage, and improves insulin resistance,” Sherri explained.

Four weeks diet break

Sherri followed a structured plan to achieve her weight loss goals. The diet is divided into different stages:

week 1: Detox and intestine focus on reset-protein shake, vegetables and high-protein food.

Week 2: Continue high-protein meals, incorporating muscles recovery.

Week 3: Promote fat burning-extend the fasting duration while maintaining a high-protein diet.

Week 3 and 4: Maximum fat loss-fleeting low-carb food and introduce more fasting days.

What to eat and avoid

Sherree shared food items allowed on the switch on the diet:

Permitted Foods: Protein shake, multi-grain rice, boiled fatless chicken, fish, skinless chicken, nuts, eggs, berries, bananas and sweet potatoes.

Restricted foods: Caffeine, alcohol, processed meat and sugar.

For the first three days, food included only protein shakes. Gradually, solid foods such as lean protein and complex carbs were added while maintaining the fasting period.

How does switch to diet works

The switch on the diet has been trending in Korea. Dr. Developed by Park Yong-Vu, according to several reports, diet is a four-week routine that helps the body to cure damage from high inflammatory foods.

Diet follows a strategic approach to fat loss, according to a report from Medium.com:

Day 1-3: Drink protein shake four times a day, take probiotics, and walk for at least 60 minutes daily.

Day 4–7: Continue shake but add low carb lunch like fish, tofu or eggs.

Week 2: Introduce internal fasting with two protein shake and a low-carb food.

Week 3 and 4: Increase fasting day and add flexibility to food options.

Diet on the diet focus on health and metabolism: Low-carb focus reduces inflammation of the intestine. Fiber-rich vegi support healthy digestion. Fasting reduces inflammation and increases energy.

In the video, Sheri admitted that she had earlier tried this diet, but fell from the track due to winter, which affected her level of activity and intestine health.

To restart, he began with a three-day fast before following the diet, with additional adjustments such as dairy escape and focus more on fiber-rich foods.

However, he reminded his followers that the journey of weight loss is individual, and the work he works cannot work for another.

“I personally did last year, and this helped me to reduce my fat percentage, but always listen to my body,” she advised.

Before adopting weight loss diet, always consult a medical professional.
