Like many Indians, Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan was in a dilemma whether the Indian cricket team had to play or shut down the TV against Australia in the semi -finals of the Champions Trophy on Saturday. There were many types of “sequence and meaning” in his head, as there were examples in the past when he saw the match and lost India.

Once the 82 -year -old actor decided to watch the game, he could not decide in what position he should sit. Big B wrote in his blog, “Should I watch the game .. Many times when the game is seen, we lose .. But till date it is defined .. So .. where to sit, how to sit on .. One leg on the other .. which was on the feet .. which was bend or stretched directly on the foot .. on the shoe or closed.

Confusion around “walking away” or “stay put” continued till then India’s thrilling victory Steve Smith has four wickets over Australia. But, in the end, senior Bachchan celebrated the victory.

“The victory was created in the great style .. restrained, controlled, no fear, no worry .. Just the team’s confidence to win .. to catch up to the last few balls, and will have the will and skills that the ball will fly over the barrier and declare victory .. Now in the final .. (SIC),” Amitabh Bachachan wrote.

Apart from Amitabh Bachchan, many other actors including Ajay Devgan, Ayushman Khurrana, Sharvari and Athiya Shetty celebrated India’s victory against Australia.

Now, all eyes are in the final of the Champions Trophy 2025, which will be played in Dubai on Sunday.
