Malayalam veteran Mohanlal is returning to the silver screen with his biggest Trump Card, L2 Empuraan this month. Actor Eid is creating waves for his return as Khileshi Abaram, aka Stephen Nedampali on Eid 2025. Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, the film has already begun to sell theaters, pointing to an unprecedented beginning on the early day.
L2 Empuraan sells more than 1000 seater cinemas in Kerala
With more than 20 days to go for release, L2 Empuraan began receiving a grand reception in all the king-shaped theaters in Kerala. Allegedly, three popular 1000-plus seater cinemas of the state were sold.
For records, 1130 seater kavitha, 1005 seater nymph, and 1000+ seater forehead cinema have already been declared ‘sold’. One should know that these three theaters went to Housefull in the form of fan shows.
A similar response was recorded in Saudi Arabia. Empire in GIFA sold two fan shows on the largest screen of theaters in a few hours of being live.
L2 Empuraan started a Benger
LYCA climbed a huge budget under the production of products, L2 Empuraan making a solid start at the box office. The film works as the second installment of the 2019 movie Lucifer, which was a huge blockbuster at the box office.
The direction of Prithviraj Sukumaran is expected to repeat the success of his previous part and end the lack of success for Mohanlal.
For bin calling, L2 Empuraan has been slated to hit a large screen on 27 March on the occasion of Eid. The film will be released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. In short, it will release a pan-India. It will be interesting to see how it performs at the box office.
