A video in which the army commanders of the king of Thailand said crawling and bending their heads before becoming an emperor on social media. The short clip begins with at least four commanders – in two white jackets, two in red – reaching the king, sitting on his throne with the queen.
Three of the four commanders were seen all around, while the last, on their knees, held the crown. Subsequently, he placed the crown on the floor, and before handing him over, the king was bent sideways. In the next frame, he was seen crawling backwards, perhaps another mark of respect for the king.
The X post was captioned: “The King of Thailand and the commanders of the army … they crawl. I wonder if they walk and give him the crown, is it derogatory or a crime?”
King of Thailand and commanders of the army …
They crawl.
I wonder if they go up and give it a crown, is it derogatory or is it a crime? pic.twitter.com/uo3safpvhl

Many viewers gave up their opinion on the video, many people said that it was a “tradition”, while others call it “very craing”.
One person said, “This is his tradition. I live in Thailand and respect for the king is at the highest level. They will do anything for the king.”
No, this is their tradition. I live in Thailand and the honor for the king is at the highest level. They will do anything for the king.

Another couple, “This is a hard pass for me … very craing, really. But I don’t live there. Okay. Okay. Well. Is it all gold? Wow.”

Crews of army commanders are a mark of their honor and dedication to the king, which proves their unwavering loyalty and increases it in a high position.
High ranked military personnel are accustomed to physically crawling on the ground in front of the emperor in official ceremonies. The custom is firmly connected in the Thai society and is considered to be the expression of great respect for the royal institute.
Crooling is the most humble situation, which shows the total presentation to the emperor and his rule. The custom is associated with the idea of ”Devraja” (Divya King), where the ruler is distinguished as a living God.
Some critics act consider the Act to be due to the excessive performance of the authority and its alleged extreme nature due to violation of human dignity.
